Sugar I quite

.I started to cut back on sugar 30 day ago and finding it harder than I thought. My favourite Greek yogurt has 15g of sugar per 100g, the only one I could find with less than 6g which is my limit per 100g was evia GREEK strained yoghurt just 2.3g per 100g and it’s nice and creamy. I remember I had tuna and pickled onions for lunch and then I check the pickle onion jar and found it has 15.7g 100ml so there is 37 teaspoon of sugar in my 1kg jar of pickled onions, quiet a shock. (Four grams of sugar is equal to one teaspoon. To be precise, 4.2 grams equals a teaspoon, but the nutrition facts round it to four grams.)

I want ways to cut sugar out of our diets so if you have a recipe or any ideas that work for you please share.
